{mosimage}Bartlesville Pedaler Tim Harper passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2007, at the age of 47. Over the years he participated in several FreeWheel rides and was know for supporting the Wynona Ramble ride the week end before Memoial Day. We will miss him.
