Meeting called to order at 7:30
Shirley reports that our balance is the same as last month at $1581.62
Several nominations were made to fill the slate of club officer and director positions to begin in 2016. These include President, VP/Treasurer, Secretary, Road Director, and two Director at Large positions. Alan will begin contacting people who were nominated. Persons wishing to volunteer for a position or nominate someone for a position should contact Alan.
The club Christmas Party is scheduled for December 10 at 6:30 at Luigi’s restaurant. The traditional club gift exchange will take place, so bring a wrapped gift (either humorous or nice) if you would like to participate in the exchange. Officer and Director elections will also take place. Please bring your 2016 dues and membership/waiver form along as well.
Looking ahead to New Year’s Day, we plan to hold an informal club ride as usual to ring in the new year.
