· Old business
· Spring Fling update (Rhonda). A few people have signed up. A sign-up sheet was sent around and more signed up. This is a great event to prepare for FreeWheel and other multi-day rides, including biking 2 days in a row, checking out your camping equipment, getting to know your fellow Pedalers when they’re not wearing a helmet, etc.
· FreeWheel update: Bartlesville has been asked to monitor luggage loading for 1 and a half days.
· New business
· Malcolm brought up the desire to 1) have anyone be a riding mentor for the On the Rock ride this summer, 2) provide donations to help support the ride and 3) requested Pedalers approve matching any Pedaler donations for the On the Rock ride up to $350 as they have done in the past. Subsequent to the meeting, Sean made a proposal to the club that the club would match any Pedaler donations to On the Rock for the ride up to $350.
