- The agenda included 2010 Budget report of expected income and expenses by Alan which has been delayed until April.

He agreed to send a separate email listing the details of this information, which includes specifics about what is and is not covered during planned club rides, rides with no fees and invitations to club rides.
- Spring Fling presented by Dan and Kevin. Kevin cannot reserve dates or even question Skiatook Lake about campground availability until after April 1st. Tentative dates are May 7-9th, as the rodeo and Tour de Tulsa are both scheduled the prior weekend. The decision was made that we would like to extend an invitation to the Tulsa and Ponca City clubs to join us. Kevin has a 60 & 40 mile route available to ride in that area should we camp at Skiatook lake.
- Rudy briefly covered a rodeo update.
- Location of the next 2 meetings will be Outlaws with Randy making the reservations and the library with Ray making the reservations.

- Rudy gave a report about the club insurance, stating it only covers club members, riding on our own rides. There were some questions from the floor. More information next month.
- Dan asked for a mountain bike report but no one was present to give one.
- Road bike report, presented by Rudy. Upcoming rides include: March 27- Carthage, MO, Maple Leaf Ride, beginning at 8 am. More info can be found at carthagemapleleafride.com. This is usually a fall ride rescheduled due to construction on route last fall. Additional rides include: Flower Power on April 24th offering routes of 10, 30, 50, 65 & 100 mile choices, Spring Fling, tentatively set for May 7-9th, Tour de Tulsa is May 1st with routes of 22, 48, 61 & 101 miles and finally Tour de Cure set for May 15th with routes of 10, 25, 50 & 75 miles to choose from.
- Next on the agenda was a web/newsletter update but there was no one present to present.
- Rudy delivered a presentation about safety. The topic was for riders to announce your intentions. He suggested riders use common sense. As a group thins out the riders may tend to become more lenient about announcing moves to those around them. He urged riders to not get into their own little world and forget to state "passing on the left" etc. with the objective being to not startle those they are passing, which could end in an accident. One final word was to those using the Pathfinder. Remember it is a shared path, and go with the intent of a leisurely ride. Hard and fast rides belong on the streets, not a shared path.
- Old business began with Dan's recital of Keith's freewheel update, "Look on the web-page, face-book and twitter for more info about freewheel."
- Rudy presented an update about the rodeo. He showed the posters that have been made up and stated that there would be radio announcements and that there was a nice article in the newspaper. He noted that there are not sidewalks at all schools in Bartlesville, but the program is for all interested children from K-5th grade. The rodeo, to be held on May 1st from 9am-noon is coming along nicely. There is a need for 68 volunteers. They will help with safe stops, straight rides, obstacle courses involving sponges, Demon Driveway, Crazy Crossroads and Bike Blender refreshments of a free smoothie and popcorn for all participants. There is also a need for help to lay out the course with 3750' of duct tape, preferably by 8 teams of 2, either on Friday night or early Saturday morning, depending on the weather. The rodeo objective is to prevent the injury of even one child through safe ride training and better awareness made to both the riders and their parents or guardians. One more need mentioned is a need for long tables and lots of chairs.
- Dan and Kevin presented information about Spring Fling. Kevin stated a change of venue to Tall Chief Cove, but cannot reserve dates or even question Skiatook Lake until after April 1st when they open. Tentative dates are May 7-9th, as the rodeo and Tour de Tulsa are both scheduled the prior weekend. The decision was shared that we will extend an invitation to the Tulsa and Ponca City clubs to join us. Kevin has 60 & 40 mile routes available to ride in that area should we camp at Skiatook lake. There was discussion about looking into food options, Norman has brought the food to cook in the past. A sign up sheet was circulated.
- Dan discussed Tour de Cure, which is a fund raising ride in Tulsa that requires a minimum donation of $150 be raised per rider. The courses are 12-75 mile rides and it is well-sponsored and well-supported. It is on May 15th and so far Dan is captain of a team the includes Marsha and Sean. There are coupons available for $5 off the registration fee if anyone would like one.
- New business, Dan so kindly offered the floor to Marsha to state her birthday wish, which is to ride a century with anyone interested before the end of March. Of course, Norman assumed that meant Marsha must be turning 100! Loads of fun!
Then next meeting is to be held on April 19th at Outlaws on Frank Phillips. Motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 7:23pm.
